I have always felt lucky because my parents have helped me read books freely. So I also want to share this opportunity with other children. In addition to personal activities, my family has also brought books to children across the country through the Rural Book Program, D Free Book Community Library and the Love Energy Group.
'Books for people in rural areas''– provides reading opportunities for young children

My mother introduced me to the Rural Books Program initiated by Mr. Nguyen Quang Thach in 2017. Together with my mother, I participated in book donation programs, supporting books or funds for community libraries.
In addition, I have also participated in the book-giving program since 2019. The children who receive books can be acquaintances, or any child who accidentally meets them during Tet. My mother and I also go to public places during Tet such as pagodas, playgrounds, etc. to give books to the children.
Together with my mother, I also donated computers to community libraries, parishes, and temples in the project.
In 2023, when Mr. Nguyen Quang Thach initiated the Books for Rural India program, my family and I were honored to be among the first to support him on his journey to bring books to rural children in India.
Participating in the Rural Book Program not only helps me understand the happiness of bringing reading opportunities to children, but also makes me want to spread the love of books. To contribute to the Program, I also book translation and make channels Youtube to share good books with friends from all over the world.

Experience trust-based library model with D Free Book
From the first day she learned about the community library at Mr. Hoang Quy Binh's house - Founder of the library in 2017, Lily was very interested. Together with her mother, Lily participated in contributing books and equipment to the library such as bookshelves, desks or decorative paintings for the library. In addition, Lily also participates in the program "Trash for trees" and buy trees to raise funds organized by D Free Book brothers and sisters.

D stands for diamond - books here are borrowed completely free of charge with a trust deposit. D Free Book wants to build community of trust from reading culture.
With the desire to spread reading culture, we create an environment to exchange, share and learn from each other, through the form of borrowing free books out of "trust deposit".
D Free Book currently has 2 facilities in Hanoi, with more than 10,000 books, including genres: literature, detective, novels, science - society, self-help, skills, business, getting rich, comic,..
Together with the Energy-of-love group
The Love Energy Group is a community group that contributes a small amount of effort and material to bring electricity and other essential needs to remote areas in Vietnam. Seeing my books, as a very small contribution to such a large community project, being brought to remote areas, and welcomed by teachers and children, I am very happy.
Up to now, Lily Bookcases have reached some schools in remote areas of Ha Giang, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa or Yen Bai provinces... And in the coming time, my family will continue to accompany the Love Energy group so that many Lily Bookcases can reach children in remote areas.
